Yes Coffee capsules are compatible with the following Nespresso® machines:
Can Yes Coffee capsules be used with other capsule systems & machines?
Our capsules are only compatible with the Nespresso® system and other Nespresso® compatible machines such as Bellini and Kogan. Our capsules require less piercing pressure than other compatible capsule brands resulting in less mechanical stress on the machine increasing its lifespan.
Will using Yes Coffee capsules impact the warranty of my Nespresso® machine?
No, the warranty on your machine is not dependent on the capsules used in the machine and should be honoured by the manufacturer. If you are unsure, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information that was supplied with your machine.
Does my coffee machine require any maintenance?
Yes, ideally you should descale your coffee machine at least once a month.
Can I prevent coffee building up in my machine?
We recommend running hot water through the machine before you make your first coffee of the day. It will help to increase the lifespan of your machine and the water can be used to warm your cup before brewing. Two birds, one stone!

What is the optimal extraction time for your capsules?
Yes Coffee capsules are designed to take up to 24-28 seconds for optimal extraction of 30ml of coffee, allowing for maximum flavour, crema and aroma. This should deliver the closest possible coffee experience to that of a top quality cafe.
How long can I store my Yes Coffee capsules?
Our coffee capsules have a shelf life of 2 years as each capsule is hermetically sealed.
Can I recycle Yes Coffee capsules?
Yes! Our coffee capsules are made from food safe recyclable materials. Simply remove the foil and coffee then place in your plastic recycle bin. A hermetically sealed biodegradable capsule is coming soon – watch this space!
Can I buy Yes Coffee products in any supermarkets?
Our products are only available online with quick delivery to your home or office so you’re never without your favourite blend!

How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $60 will receive free shipping within Australia.
For orders less than $60, flat rate shipping within Australia is $8.
Express shipping within Australia is $14.
What delivery service do you use?
All orders are shipped via the Australia Post delivery network.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders by the next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Australia Post provide the following estimates for shipping:
Standard 3-5 working days
Express 1-3 working days

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain a link to track your order. You can also log in to your account to check on the status of your delivery.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of the coffee?
We want you to love your coffee experience, but if you’re not happy for some reason please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll get you sorted.
What happens if the capsules don't work?
Our capsules have been thoroughly tested on all Nespresso® compatible machines currently on the market and we are so confident that we will refund your purchase if our capsules don’t work in your Nespresso® compatible machine.
